As per provisions prescribed by AICTE:

Under the programme of B.Tech CSE,the students can get B.Tech (Hons.) in Computer Science & Engineering with specializations in Digital Forensics and Cyber security /Gaming Technology /Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning / Cloud Computing by earning additional 18-20 credits in the given particular domain as per provision prescribed by the AICTE. Under the programme of B.Tech Civil Engg.,the students can get B.Tech (Hons.) in Civil Engineering with specializations in Smart Cities / Green Technology & Sustainability Engineering by earning additional 18-20 credits in the given particular domain as per provision prescribed by AICTE.
Under the programme of B.Tech EEE, the students can get B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Hons.) (with Specialization in Microgrid Technologies) by earning additional 18-20 credits in the given particular domain as per provision prescribed by AICTE.
Under the programme of B.Tech Mechanical Engineering the students can get B.Tech Mechanical Engineering (Hons.) (with specialization in Electric Vehicles) by earning additional 18-20 credits in the given particular domain as per provision prescribed by AICTE.
Under the programme of B.Tech ECE, the students can get B.Tech Electronics & Communication Engg.
