Post-event Report for a session on “Career Counselling Session by ADP India”

Event Details:

A career counseling session for the students of B. Tech CSE and ECE, MRIIRS was organized by CRC department in synergy with ADP India on 4^th August 2022.The keynote speaker for the session was Mr. Samba Sivan, India University Relations was the keynote speaker. The session was an exceptional opportunity for students to gain valuable insights and guidance directly from industry professionals, paving the way for informed career choices and future success. A total of 108 students attended the session. The session commenced with an introduction of ADP India and its key functions. The spokesperson from ADP India briefed students that just dreaming ideal career doesn’t transform ambitions into reality rather they must evaluate industry needs and accordingly work on their strengths and passion for a promising career. He highlighted current industry trends and company’s aspirations from a fresher. The ADP India’s representative highlighted the common mistakes done by students and how they can overcome their weaknesses and work towards their strengths to achieve better results. Students’ doubts were also addressed during the session.
