The Learning Development Centre (LDC) of Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIIRS) was created to support its student’s fraternity in developing their skill set to fully take advantage of the opportunities provided at MRIIRS. The Learning and Development Centre (LDC) at MRIIRS is dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment where students can not only achieve their full potential and acquire academic and transferable skills but also develop a strong foundation in effective communication and language proficiency. It provides both the students of UG and PG with academic skills in order to support students to achieve academic success. This involves providing workshops on time management, exam-taking, note-taking, reading skills and many more. LDC works very closely with the students for the following:

Personal Growth & Character Development: Within the auspices of the Learning & Development Centre, students undertake a transformative journey of self-discovery, augmenting their character and leadership competencies through the Personality Development courses. Frequently observed outcomes encompass personal growth, increased self-assurance, refined communication, and heightened self-confidence.

Professional Communication: The Centre offers specialized courses designed to equip students, across all academic departments, with essential skills necessary for effective professional interactions and correspondence, integrated into the core curriculum.

Soft Skills Training Programs: The Centre’s comprehensive Soft Skills Training program is centered on cultivating essential interpersonal skills, including communication, teamwork, and adaptability, with the aim of nurturing well-rounded individuals. Through this program, students refine their ability to collaborate effectively and navigate diverse professional environments adeptly.
