Session on Interview Preparation by the HR Manager and Training Manager – Crown Plaza, New Delhi
Interviews provide us an opportunity to build a personal rapport while having a professional conversation. Depending on the type of industry, interviews are conducted for a variety of purposes including Job, Performance Assessments and Prepare Informational Articles. Cracking an interview and getting selected for the job position is considered to be a challenging task. Having a right skill set for the respective job designation is a major concern.
The Faculty of Hotel Management organized an interactive session on “Interview Preparation” for the students of 4th and 6th semester
Resource Persons:
- Nishigandha Chitale (Training Manager at Crowne Plaza Okhla Today, New Delhi)
- Devender (HR Manager at Crowne Plaza Okhla Today, New Delhi)
Mr. Devender talked about various aspects of the interview process and questions asked in the interviews.
Ms. Nishigandha explained all the scenarios of the Interview Environment. She also elaborated the ways of explaining and justifying the answers of various questions and made a very good impression on the interviewer. A total of 15 students of Hotel Management department attended the session on Interview Preparation.
