“AMCAT Evaluation Session”

Team Career Development Centre organized a Session on “AMCAT Evaluation Session” for the MBA 2nd Sem students of MRIIRS on 15^th May, 2023 The engaging session was facilitated by SHL and Director, Career Development Centre. 104 students in all attended the session and gained a lot of insights from evaluation report of AMCAT. The AMCAT report holds significant importance for students as it gave a standardized assessment. Further evaluation also helped in Skill Gap Analysis, Resume Highlighting, right decision making and effective career guidance. For students seeking job, it enhances their employability and facilitates better job- role matching. The AMCAT report undoubtedly served as a reliable tool for assessing skills, identifying skill gaps and guiding career development. The session ended with an enriching briefing by Prof. (Dr.) Gautam Srivastava from the Department of PG Management Studies.
