When lead-acid batteries fail, it’s often due to failure in only one cell. However, due to the way, the batteries are constructed; we end up having to replace the entire battery. Furthermore, when such batteries have to be repaired, the housing of the battery gets damaged and sometimes, the entire casing has to be replaced.We are modularizing our battery such that only a part of the battery has to be replaced, not the entire battery. Thus, we are reducing the replacement cost to 17%. We are also considerably reducing recycling costs and lead pollution, thus, promoting a sustainable ecosystem. Any failure in one cell does not bring down the entire battery because the faulty cell will be disabled at runtime and the battery will continue functioning at 83% of its original capacity. The condition of the battery is much better understood if we check each cell individually rather than checking the entire battery as a whole. Thus, our built-in battery management system can make better predictions about its health and lifespan and give detailed yet easy-to-understand reports. This allows an average non-expert person to be able to service the battery in 5 minutes. Despite all these changes, it introduces a negligible change in the manufacturing process and) only a 10% increase in manufacturing cost.Our USP is that you don’t require any external help to fit the batteries that can be done by an individual which is the most best thing and also our shelf live be will more than any other normal batteries.
