Post-event Report on Interaction Session on Automation and Digitization

Event Details:

An industry interactive session was organized by CRC department on 27^th March 2023 in collaboration with Koyo Electronics India Pvt. Ltd for the Students of BTech CSE, ECE & EEE, MRIIRS. The subject of discussion was Automation and Digitization and Keynote speaker was Mr. Sumit Nagpal. Program started with a green initiated extended as a welcome gift to Koyo’s representative. Then there was an introductory session after which company’s person shared PPT with students on the subject. Continuing with the session he talked about the rapid advancement in the field of “Automation and Digitization” while shedding light on its far reaching impact.

The session explored the profound impact of automation and digitization on industries, emphasizing the need for professionals to adapt to the changing technological landscape. Students gained insights into cutting-edge technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain, and their applications across various sectors. Moreover, they learned about the evolving job market and the increasing demand for expertise in automation and digitization. This session was instrumental in preparing students for the future, equipping them with knowledge and awareness to excel in their chosen fields amidst the rapid advancements in technology.

Industry specific case studies made it easy for students to understand. Emerging technologies, challenges and barriers were discussed.

Queries and concerns of students were undertaken and then session ended with vote of thanks.
