Career Advancement Session on “How to obtain DGCA approved RPTO License?”
Aeronautical Engineering Department organized a Career Advancement Session on ” How to obtain DGCA approved RPTO License ” on 01st February 2023. The speaker for the session was Mr. Jatin Verma , Graduate Engineer at Avitron Pvt Ltd Noida.
The resource person had briefed the students on the Scope of RPTO License
- Direct, co- ordinate, design the manufacturing and testing of drone components
- Determine the feasibility of projects from a technical and a financial standpoint
- Access the safety of the projects and their ability to meet the defined goals
- Evaluate designs and ensuring that they conform to engineering best practices, customer requirements and environment standards.
- Develop a mechanism for accepting design techniques, frame quality standards, form project management rules
The students were also got introduced to different simulation tools which will be used to simulate the different types of motions of a quadcopter. Mr. Jatin Verma also explained the different controls of drone. The fruitful session was ended with interactive question answer session.
