Successful Career Planning, Higher Education & Technical Profile Building- Career Progression Talk

Department of Mechanical Engineering, FET, MRIIRS, Faridabad, organised an Expert Talk on “Successful Career Planning, Higher Education & Technical Profile Building”- Career Progression Talk on September 28, 2022. Mr. Satish Anand, Career Labs was the resource person of the session. Ms. Jimmy Mehta, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering was the overall coordinator of the event.

Objective:

• Any activity undertaken to create awareness of expertise, skills, achievements and involvement in order to advance your career or education goals is a way to build your profile.

Outcome

Students will be able to design a project based profile. For one, it helps them acquire relevant 21st century skills, like domain specific training and internships, HR interview preparations, critical thinking, complex problem solving and creativity and opportunity to appear in 30+ interviews. Eventually, it will help them find avenues to build mastery, and find their chosen jobs or education destinations. A total of 45 students attended the session
