Industry Interactive Session on “The Era of Career Transitions”

A career counseling session was organized by CRC in collaboration with Daikin Air-conditioning on the subject of Career Transition on 23^rd March 2023 for the Students of MBA, MRIIRS. Ms. Isha was the eminent speaker of the day.

Session was opened with a welcome note and introduction to the company’s representative. Later on the stage was handed over to Daikin’s team to address the students.

The session addressed the evolving landscape of careers and the need for adaptability in the contemporary job market. It highlighted the importance of being open to career transitions and acquiring versatile skill sets that allow individuals to navigate various industries and roles successfully. Through case studies and real-world examples, students gained insights into how professionals can pivot and thrive in a rapidly changing work environment.

The company’s spokesperson emphasized that the era in which individuals were anticipated to remain in the same job or industry until retirement has passed. The contemporary career landscape is marked by continual change influenced by factors like technological progress and economic fluctuations. Consequently, career transitions have evolved from being merely an option to becoming a crucial requirement for personal and professional growth.
