Career Counselling Session on “Process for being Industry Ready”

The transition phase is always challenging for students especially while stepping towards 1^st career opportunity. In view of same, a career guidance session was organized by department of CRC in collaboration with NOKIA on 15^th September 2022. Session began with a welcome note and then stage was taken over by industry experts thereon. The session was organized for 2023 passing out batch to make them feel ready for industry. A total of 30 students attended the session. Apart from technical skills, numerous topics were discussed. Students of various streams participated in it. Following were the key pointers covered during the session.

• Job search Strategies
• Networking skills
• Job market trends

A question-answer round was then taken up to clear all doubts of the students. Overall it was a great learning event.
