(Dr.) N. K. Chadha, DEAN – Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences (FBSS) and Chairperson Research and Doctoral Program, MRIU was conferred with the NCDA President’s Award in USA. The National Career Development Association (NCDA) provides professional development, publications, standards, and advocacy to practitioners and educators who inspire and empower individuals to achieve their career and life goals.
NCDA is the recognized leader in developing standards for the career development professions, career counseling programs and services, and for the evaluation of career information materials. In addition to this, NCDA works with the licensing and credentialing bodies to support the preparation and recognition of career counselors and career development facilitators. NCDA also sets ethical standards for the various career development professions including guidelines for the provision of career services on the Internet.
