Online Industry Interaction session on “Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace: Strategies for Success in association with Ericsson”

The Industry Interaction session on Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace: Strategies for Success for Students was organised by CRC with Ericsson on 16^th November 2022 for the students of B.Tech CSE and ECE was a highly educational and forward-thinking initiative.

The session taken by Ms.Kiya  provided students with a unique opportunity to gain insights into the significance of diversity and inclusion in the modern workplace. Ericsson, a pioneering company, shared its strategies and best practices for cultivating a diverse and inclusive work environment, offering invaluable guidance for students as they prepare to enter the workforce. 58 Attendees had the chance to engage in meaningful discussions, ask questions, and learn about practical approaches to fostering inclusivity and equity in their future careers. Ericsson’s commitment to these principles not only serves as a commendable example but also emphasizes the growing importance of diversity and inclusion in the professional world, leaving students better prepared to contribute to and thrive in inclusive workplaces.
