Post-event Report for Career Counselling session on Interpersonal Skills
Event Details:
It has been observed that students mostly concentrate their energy in acquiring technical skills and usually ignore important interpersonal or soft skills. The reason probably is unawareness of the fact that in today’s rapidly evolving job market possessing technical knowledge alone is no longer enough to succeed. Employers increasingly value individuals who possess diverse skill sets. Acknowledging this a career counseling session on Interpersonal Skills was organized by CRC department inviting Industry Partner Space Group BTech students of all branches of MRIIRS on 7th November 2022.
The resource person for the sesshin was Ms. Pubali from Space Group.
The session started with Green Initiative extending greeting to company’s person and then to introduction.
