Post-event Report for Career Guidance on “Hybrid Work Culture”

Event Details:

We all have observed that Pandemic has had tremendous and swift effects on workplace culture. At one place where work from home culture has provided ease to an employee, it also brought cost reduction to companies but as there are pros and cons of everything, hybrid work system also need an evaluation for reality check. With the same intention, a career guidance session for the students was organized by CRC in collaboration with Hike Education by . Students from various branches participated and the event was a success. We are looking forward to many more session for upcoming batches.

Here are some highlights of the event:

  • Session began with a green initiative to Hike Education delegates by, Ms. Rakhi Arora Pruthi, GM & Head CRC; further she introduced the Hike Education as an organization and also of its representatives. The stage was then handed over to delegates to start the session. It started with an ice breaking session to bring some ease and comfort at both ends and then the various aspects of Hybrid Work Culture were discussed. The spokesperson explained the benefits of hybrid culture for employee and employer like Flexibility, Productivity, Talent Acquisition, Cost Saving and Environmental Impact. Another important aspect “Expectations” was covered in details wherein he briefed that how clear policies and effective communication is key to this system and how performance metrics are set. The session was summarized with Potential Outcome of Hybrid system which included Improved Employee satisfaction, enhanced retention, increased productivity and so on. The session was quite needed and proved to be an eye opener for the generation looking forward to hybrid work cultural post pandemic.
