The career counselling session was organised by CRC for the students of BTech CSE & ECE MRIIRS and was provided by Ms. Simrandeep Kaur from Josh Technology Group. She delivered a highly informative and beneficial experience. During the session, the speaker provided valuable insights into my career aspirations, interests, and strengths, helping me gain a deeper understanding of potential career paths. Through thoughtful questioning and assessment tools, she provided guidance in identifying core values and goals, which will be instrumental in making informed career decisions. The speaker also shared valuable resources and strategies for enhancing skills and exploring educational opportunities. The session was attended by 140 Students. Overall, the session was a pivotal step in my journey toward a fulfilling career, offering clarity and confidence in navigating the complex world of work and professional development.
