Post-event Report on Career Counselling Session by RDC Concrete (India) Pvt Ltd

Event Details:

A career counselling session for Students of MRIIRS was organized on 10^th November 2022 by CRC department in synergy with RDC Concrete (India) Pvt Ltd. The session was an exceptional opportunity for students to gain valuable insights and guidance directly from industry professionals, paving the way for informed career choices and future success. A total of 200 students attended the session. The session commenced with an introduction of RDC Concrete (India) Pvt Ltd and its key speakers. The spokes person briefed students that just dreaming ideal career doesn’t transform ambitions into reality rather they must evaluate industry needs and accordingly work on their strengths and passion for a promising career. He highlighted current industry trends and company’s aspirations from a fresher. Student’s doubts were also addressed during the session. Overall it was a productive session.
