The Career Guidance session on “Navigating your Tech & Non-Tech Career” was organized by the Corporate Resource Centre for students pursuing BTech CSE, BCA, MCA, and MBA at MRIIRS on 17^th October 2022. The session was conducted by Ms. Pallavi from TechMatrix Consulting. The session provided a comprehensive understanding of career pathways in both technology and non-technology domains, catering to the diverse academic backgrounds of the attendees. Through discussions, industry insights, and success stories, students gained clarity on the plethora of career opportunities available to them. The importance of leveraging their unique skill sets, pursuing internships, and networking within their chosen field was emphasized. Moreover, the session highlighted the significance of continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends to remain competitive. The session was attended by 55 students.
