Post-event Report on “Industry-Academia Interface”

Event Details:

An Industry-Academia Interface was organized by CRC Department on 10^th Oct 2022 in association with Uno Minda for Students of BTech CSE & Mechanical MRIIRS. The objective was to create awareness amongst students on various challenges and opportunities in professional life. The keynote speaker at the session was Ms. Shilpa. The spokesperson specified the importance of industry-relevant curricula, internships, research partnerships, and guest lectures as effective tools for students to acquire practical skills and stay updated on industry advancements.

The second part of the session focused on challenges and opportunities in professional life. A mock session was conducted wherein a situation was given to set of students to undergo and brief their respective challenging areas like Work-Life Balance, Competition, Office politics, Job insecurity, Time Management etc.

Then the rest of students were asked to evaluate and find out pointers of opportunities in same situation. This playful method was engaging and knowledgeable at the same time.
