CRC in collaboration with Asian Paints organised an expert talk on “Career Compass: Guiding You Toward Your Dream Job” for Students of MBA, MRIIRS. The talk was delivered by Ms.Tulika from Asian Paints The attendees provided by an enlightening and motivating exploration of the path to their ideal careers. The session offered valuable insights into identifying one’s true passions, strengths, and goals, serving as a reliable guiding light in the often-overwhelming landscape of job choices. The presenter’s expertise and interactive approach allowed participants to actively engage with the content, facilitating meaningful self-discovery. Additionally, practical strategies for resume building, interview preparation, and networking were shared, giving attendees actionable steps to pursue their dream jobs.
