The Faculty of Hotel Management has organized a Session on Careers in Hospitality and Culinary Arts and Culinary Demonstration on 8th September 2022. Students were briefed about the various Careers options in Hospitality Industry. The students were then ushered to the Centre of Excellence for Culinary Arts. Chef Vikas sensitized the students about the Careers in Culinary Arts. Chef Durgesh involved the students for the demonstration of making batter, flavorings agents, common additives, raising agents used in bakeries, different baking temperatures and baking time.
Following this, Chef Sunil, CCi Learning, took an interactive session on fundamentals of Hospitality Industry. He discussed some of the important aspects of the Hospitality Industry and explained in detail how diverse the industry is. The students posed different relevant questions which chef Sunil was happy to answer. A total of 28 students attended the session.
