Career Counselling Session on “Career as a Company Secretary”

Department of Commerce organized a Career Counselling Session on Career as a Company Secretary on 25^th April 2023. The key note speaker of the session was CMA Arun Nagar, an Associate Member of Institute of cost accountant of India, career counselor and the owner of the firm ‘Arun Nagar and Associates’. The objective of the session was to provide knowledge and information about Company Secretary examination pattern and scope of CS in India.

CMA Arun Nagar highlighted the need for students for opting any professional course too for growth in life. He mentioned that it will help in boosting their career. He gave several examples of his real-life experience and his struggles too which motivated all students to take a step forward towards their career in any professional course. The speaker mentioned the various professional examination and focused on Company Secretary importance and scope of this profession in India. He also enlightened about cracking the exams of CS papers and the procedure of CS path. The session was overwhelming and interesting. A total of 45 students attended the session.
