Young Leader’s Conclave-2023

Young Leader’s Conclave was conceived with an initiative to convert our internal catchment of final year MRIIRS students interested in pursuing management course at post graduate level.

The context at the starting of each event was presented by Dr Gautam Srivastava, Program Coordinator-Young Leader’s Conclave-2023 organized on 16^th, 17^th, 21^st and 22^nd March 2023. He explained briefly the significance of the topics chosen and the scope it offers to the future thought leaders of tomorrow.

Dr Priyanka Singh presented on the topic ‘Personal Branding with Social Media’ on the 16^th March followed by Dr Soma Arora & Dr Amandeep Dhaliwal on 17^th who spoke on ‘The Future of Business Analytics’. On 21^st March Dr Anindita Chatterjee took a involved session on ‘Evaluation and Development of Interpersonal Skills’. The final captivating session on 22^nd March was delivered by Dr Ridhi Khattar which was on Financial literacy.

All the sessions were in seminar mode, highly engaging & interactive which kept the student’s interest alive thereby adding tremendous value. A total of 198 students attended the conclave.
