Eligibility Criteria |
Pass in LLB or 5 Year Integrated Law course with 50% or more marks in aggregate. Preference shall be given to the law graduates with experience of 3 years or more |
Note: Percentage Marks refer to the Marks /equivalent CGPA obtained in UG Law Degree program , i.e. LLB
The calculation of percentage marks or equivalent CGPA shall be as under:
1. If the undergraduate degree is 5 year Integrated program, then cumulative percentage of 5 years shall be calculated;
2. If the undergraduate degree is 3 years Law Program, then the cumulative percentage of 3 years shall be calculated.
